Yumbu Lhakhang Structure might have been the earliest structure in Tibet

Yumbu Lhakhang Structure is situated around the Tashi Tsere Hill, about 5 km towards the southeast of Nedong County of Lhoka. Yumbu means female deer, since the Tashi Tsere Hill seems just like a female deer, and Lhakang means holy structure. The Yumbu Lhakang may be the first structure in Tibet and was built by Nyechi Tsanpu, the very first Tibetan King by 50 percent century B.C. based on the legend. Enshrined within the Structure are statues from the Three Periods of Buddhas, statues of successive nobleman for example Nyechi Tsanpu, Lha Thothori Nyantsen, Rebajian, Songtsen Gampo and Trisong Detsan. About 400m towards the northeast from the Tashi Tsere Hill, there's a famous spring named the Gar Spring which flows inside a ceaseless stream for the entire year.
